- All orders are processed and shipped withing one business day of receipt.
- We offer a range of shipping options, including collection point delivery and to-your-door delivery. The cost of shipping will vary depending on the chosen shipping method and delivery location.
- All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which will be provided to you upon shipment. You can track the status of your parcel by visiting the carrier's website.
- If you have any special delivery instructions, please let us know at the time of your order and we will do our best to accommodate them.
- All timeframes provided below are to main centres. Remote regional areas may take longer.

REFUND POLICY
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, we must receive your item back in the same condition that you received it in. To start a return, please contact us at orders@booksforkeeps.co.za.
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Refunds will be processed in the form of an electronic funds transfer. Please allow 48 hours for a refund to be initiated after being approved.
