Mr de Klerk takes us to wine farms and wineries, to Estates and wineries, to Estates and to cooperatives where we meet the wines and the people who make them.
The Cape has a long and proud heritage of wine-making, and the men who are responsible for the wines of today are carrying on a tradition passed down from father to son for more than fourteen generations.
In the last resort, this book is one of personal experience, traveling through the winelands of the Cape.
